Designer's Notes: Flashdance (Ronnie Marsh), is a bit too cliché for an otherwise original cast of characters. She's described as a "hip, streetwise import from New York City," who is looked down on by the other (white) students at her school. Naturally, Ronnie grew up in a rough neighborhood, has no fear of the law, and feels (some) contempt for the complacent (white) suburbanites around her. An origin almost as bad as the Hispanic ex-gang member....

Anyway, design wise, Flashdance works to an extent. She has a rather interesting way to active her powers—her Walkman. The idea is that she wants to be a professional dancer (hence her nickname), and she's often plugged into her Walkman, literally dancing her way though life. I think some of her DEX should be bought though the Walkman as well, to simulate the idea that with the Walkman on, her sense of rhythm is enhanced, leading to better reflexes and agility. Also, she is said to have studied martial arts since a toddler, and is skilled in several styles of self defense. I'd change her martial arts from Generic Martial Arts to things like Aikido, Hsing-I, Kung Fu, Pakua, Tai Ch'i Ch'uan, and so on. I'd ditch the Active Sonar, as it doesn't make sense to me, and give her some additional martial arts skills and powers, perhaps splitting the values, with a base value she can use all the time, and additional Active Points requiring her to use her Walkman.
