Background: Jekhar was raised as the son of a hunter who lived in the peaceful town of Ciran. He was good friends with a simple farmer's son named Joseph, and the pair loved to play swordfights together. When Ciran was raided and Joseph summoned the demon, Jekhar watched everything he knew and loved be destroyed before his eyes. When Joseph fled afterwards, Jekhar vowed on his parents' graves to avenge them. He then packed what little he had, and left for Lenele.

Jekhar joined the army when he was able, and quickly rose in skill and ability. He was widely acclaimed as the best warrior in the Medevan army,. And even caught the King's attention. Thus when Joseph returned to Lenele with the ring of light, Jekhar was ordered to accompany him to find the remaining rings. Jekhar argued with the king, and was nearly arrested before her relented and agreed, albeit unwillingly, to help Joseph.

Personality/Motivation:
Jekhar is a hard and gruff man. He lets his feelings be known, often snapping at Joseph and Fleece. He finds Rosalind to be a kindred spirit, as the two are on this quest against their wills. He puts his duty to his king above all else, and is willing to work with the rest of the team for his king.

Tactics/Powers:
Jekhar is a fighter with few equals. In combat he immediately rushes into the enemy, cleaving through them with amazing strength. He relies on the others to back him up and support him. He is highly skilled in all manner of weapons, and has picked up a couple of weak magical abilities.

Appearance: Jekhar is a solidly built young man of twenty-one. He has very short black hair, a rough face with a strong chin, and a heavy muscle tone. He wears a heavy vest over padded armor, and a pair of solid gauntlets. He carries a large battle ax with him.
