Doctor Heinz Doofenshmirtz

Background/History: Doctor Doofenschmirtz is a mad Scientist, emphasis on mad, who has been menacing the Tri-State area all summer. Fortunately, his daily schemes for destruction, conquest and self-aggrandizement have been foiled by Agent P, a.k.a. Perry the Platypus.

Personality/Motivation: Doofenscmirtz is a bundle of neuroses and grand schemes, usually involving some oversized plan.

Quote: "I was going to call it Shrinkinator, but I've done the whole "nator" thing already. It was getting stale."

Powers/Tactics: Doofenschmirtz's specialty is invention—he can come up with truly remarkable, ornate machines in a matter of minutes. This is also his weakness, as he tends to buy the parts in quantities that alert the authorities to his intentions. That said authorities are able to stop him using on an egg-laying marsupial (or rather one who would lay eggs were it female) is the curse of his life.
