Designer's Notes: Cocamama stands 5'4" and weighs 124 lbs, with tan skin and black hair. She is of average appearance, although her skin gives off a white glow when her power is active. She tends to dress in expensive clothing when visiting big cities and in more traditional garb back in Peru. Her power is the ability to turn fine dust, small particles, or chemical impurities into pure cocaine. She can also transmit this effect to another person by touching them. That person will experience a cocaine "high" that will last for about 24 hours, giving them increased endurance and allow them to go without food or drink or a day. After the rush wears off, however, then the person will "crash," suffering a massive loss of endurance. The person touched will also acquire a mild cocaine addition (this aspect of the power is not on the character sheet).
