Background/History: Quistis was raised in an orphanage, and inducted into Garden at an early age. She quickly sailed through her classes, and at the young age of fifteen, graduated into Garden's military force, Seed. She quickly became an instructor, teaching other students the same age as her!

Throughout Garden, she became known as a super instructor, famous and adored by the students, and respected by the other staff and faculty. However, she was constantly bemused by one student, Squall Leonheart. So when Squall was drawn into a complex mission, Quistis quickly followed him.

Personality/Motivation: Quistis is dedicated to Garden, and as such runs into trouble when Garden is hunted down by the galbaldian army. She has a tendency to worry over trivial matters, and as such can get depressed easily. She is confused over her feelings for Squall, mistaking her "older sister" affection for him for genuine love. As such, she is rather jealous of the growing relationship between him and Rinoa.

Most notably, wherever she goes in Garden, she is followed by her hordes of devoted fan. The goupies, or "Trepies," as they call themselves are absolutely devoted to her, and to a man utterly jealous of Squall and his team who get to work with her. They are a hassle, at best.

Powers/Tactics: Quistis is armed with a long whip, made of heavy chain. She also commands minor magical abilities known as "blue magic," derived from monster abilities. As a trained blue mage, Quistis can adapt monster attacks and use them herself with time and study.

Quistis is also trained in the use of psuedo magic, made possible through monsters known as "Guardian Forces" (GFs). GFs rest in the user's mind, and enable her to draw magic spells from the environment or from opponents. These are "stocked" in the Variable power Pool for later use. All spells have limited charges, and once a charge is used, it is gone until the spell can be re-drawn.

Note: The spells should be pre-designed, and the "charges" of a spell drawn should depend on the amount of Transfer rolled.

The GF itself can also be summoned, delivering a powerful attack to the user's opponents. While summoning, the user is protected by the GF itself; if the GF is knocked out, the summoning will abort and the GF must be revived later. A person can use more than one GF; however, only one may be summoned at a time, and changing GFs takes time.

Appearance: Quistis is a tall and beautiful young woman of seventeen. She has shoulder-length blond hair tied into a tight bun, and intense blue eyes. She wears an elaborate outfit, consisting of a long skirt, vest and arm-long gloves. She occaisionally wears glasses for the acedemic look, but doesn't need them.
