Designer's Notes:
1) Fixed the die roll for her Computer Programming to 15-. She'd had 14-, but a 28 INT gives you a 15- INT Roll ([28/5] + 9 = 14.6, which rounds up to 15).
2) Removed the Perk "Right to Marry: Gray Pagan Ritual" since I'm fairly sure it wouldn't be officially recognized anywhere.
3) Fixed the price of her PS by basing it off her INT. It now costs 9 points instead of 10.
4) Edited all of her Hunteds, and tried to fully define all Disadvantages.
5) The original version of Nether cost 495 points. She now costs 486, a 9 point decrease. I honestly have no idea where the savings come in.
6) Assessment: Although technically correct, Nether has a lot of illogical elements. For starters, she is very vulnerable to just about anything, considering her PD of 2 and her ED of 3. She should have a set of PAGAN-issue body armor at least, especially since she is described as a front-line fighter. I'd also edit her Multipower to take advantage of that 150-point pool. Either make more powers cost 150 points, or make most of them cost 75, so she can use two at once. Skills wise, her PS: Lawyer on a 21- is a bit much. With her Public ID and Hunted by UNTIL, I have to wonder if she still has a law career (and I really doubt she can get much use from her passport). Finally, based on her description, I would give her 10-15 points of wealth.
