AEROGEL

Aerogel is a street-level inventor and 'superhero.' The huge weapon he's carrying is his proudest invention. It projects masses of sticky foam that he uses to capture criminals and the like. While rather impressive to look it, it's not very accurate, and at times Aerogel is as much as hinder as a help. Still, he refuses to give up, and to his credit, several companies have approached him about manufacturing the Aerocannon's capture foam on a wide-scale basis (the law-enforcement possibilities are endless).
