Designer's Notes: Red get's a bit of a bum rap since the Mayor is all set to let him off after the initial rampage, but after the Captain does that movethru from the moon he lets him get arrested.
Both characters are fairly evenly matched, but Red does get the upper hand if beserk. Which through the comic seems to be the case.
