Named Characters—Former PCs as well as an assortment of useful NPCs for your Kazei 5 and other near-future Star Hero and cyberpunk games. Many of them are just character sheets, with no background text. It will be up to you to fully flesh-out the characters.

Character Briefs—These characters are based on the original sample PCs from the Iron Crown version of Cyber Hero for 4th Edition HERO System. They are extremely basic designs and will require some editing in order to fit into your average Kazei 5 campaign. That said, they can be useful if you need some characters in a pinch.
